Account Manager - Cockpit Electronics.

Warwickshire (M1 / M45 / M6 area).

Up to £80,000 + company car + bonus + benefits.

With the average tenure in the business at over ten years, opportunities within this impressive organisation rarely become available however, due to strategic expansion and the acquisition of a major account, an opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join them and take ownership of the management of one of their most lucrative accounts, with an automotive OEM.

Working in close partnership with the Business Unit Director, Technical Sales Lead and Product Leads, you will be responsible for developing differentiator product, business and strategic plans to accelerate the growth of their target core business - leading the business development and major commercial negotiations, in the process.

The core responsibilities for your new role include customer engagement, business development, commercial account management, forward model quotation development, annual and strategic negotiations and cash flow.

In an ideal world, my client would like to find someone with a background in cockpit and vehicle electronics product strategy; coupled with sound technical and commercial acumen and account management / business development expertise. They may also be open to considering an exceptional candidate from an alternative electronics arena, who is able to demonstrate the ability to get up-to-speed quickly.

Regardless of where you come from, you will possess the ability to prioritise complex tasks, strong analytical and negotiation experience and be flexible and focused, by nature. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent time management and relationship building expertise.

In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package, including a basic salary of up to £80,000, company car, bonus, 26 days holiday per year, private medical cover and matched pension contributions up to 9%.

The company are easily accessible from Coventry, Warwick, Rugby, Leicester, Northampton and the surrounding areas and the company offer flexible working, enabling you to work several days per week from home, should you wish to do so.
