We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of experts here at Babcock International, supporting a suite of collaboration platforms across the business. We provide a gold standard service to ensure we provide our internal customers with the best possible experience. This role additionally supports the rest of the Digital Workplace team in finding practical and forward thinking solutions to assist the business in streamlining processes.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an engaging and positive personality, which is essential for our team, as we support everyone within the business in finding the right platform or solution and enabling them to get the most out of the technologies.

You will need to be able to problem solve and think critically within time sensitive situations. An understanding of how to research issues and challenges and gather appropriate information will be invaluable. On the job training on all our platforms will be available but any prior knowledge of supporting IT systems, experience or research will support you with this application.

What will you be doing?

As a Platform Administrator you will be responsible for an increasing range of collaboration technologies and platforms which includes but not limited to SharePoint, Dynamics, DevOps, M365, Automation Anywhere and PowerShell.

The Digital Workplace team are focused on working with the right people and are open to having conversations around full and part time working hours to fill the opportunity. The experience you'll bring

  • You will need to be able to problem solve and think critically within time sensitive situations.

  • Flexible as the team is geographically distributed.
  • On the job training on all our platforms will be available but any prior knowledge, experience or research will support you with this application

Lastly, you will need to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
