A global shipping company based in Central Southampton are looking to recruit an individual with strong administration skills to join the business in essentially a dual role - both aspects of the role being administration / data entry led - with some customer service expectations too.
Working for a global company that operate with 300+ offices across 150+ Countries this is based in their office in Central Southampton - however it is worth nothing that it is expected that early 2023 they will be moving to new offices; likely to be in the Nursling area.
- Assisting Management with daily admin tasks
- Updating and checking documents
- Cross referencing / checking for inaccuracies
- Liaise via email with worldwide offices to accurately complete bookings and keep the UK customer updated at all times
- Accurately update internal systems
Whilst personality and showing the right attributes are often used cliches, this is actually very true for this company. You will naturally be expected to show willingness to learn and show that you are interested in this job for the right reasons rather than "just" any job.
