NPI Engineer - Ballynahinch

Great opportunity for a NPI Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of electronic components based in Ballynahinch, Co Down.

The company are a leading player in the contract electronics manufacturing sector, serving customers across a range of sectors with PCB assembly, cable assembly and individual customer spec projects.

Joining the NPI team you will manage and coordinate NPI projects from initial quote through to final product for a range of customers, ensuring all stages of the project are managed effectively.

Your role will cover test development, product design, customisation and technical support on build to print product

You'll play a hands on role in pre-production stages, contractual/ commercials and also maintaining ISO documentation

What we are looking for:

  • Degree OR HND qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in mechanical/ electrical assembly and strong manufacturing process knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of solid works is an advantage
