Halliwell Jones Chester is looking for a MINI Retail Sales Manager.

Your role
  • To prepare and use a planned finance presentation, designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities. Including: customer greeting; qualifying; handling objections; product presentation and demonstrations; closing.
  • Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all MINI Financial Services products and Insurance products.
  • Handle all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements. Advise Sales Manager/ Acting General Sales Manager or Group Business Manager where necessary and ensure appropriate action is taken in a timely manner.
  • Provide up to date FIMS reports as required on all vehicle sales and accurate CRM Forecasts.
  • Ensure the completion of all sale and financial paperwork accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the completion of sale in a satisfactory manner.
  • To make sure that all funds are cleared for all new and used cars, including finance companies, other than MINI Financial Services (UK) Ltd. (unless otherwise agreed by the Sales Manager/ Acting General Sales Manager).
  • To maintain the standards and criteria for customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Assures that customer issues are resolved and focuses on customer satisfaction.

Your profile
  • Knowledge of financial packages, accessories and insurance products.
  • Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Reliable and focussed.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Experience communicating with Senior Management.
  • Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of Drive and Word package IT experience.
