Bakery Operative

My client based in Coalville is currently recruiting for experienced bakers/food operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis, this is with the idea of going permanent within weeks

Working Monday-Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break

Paying between £9.56-£12.00per hour depending on experience etc

My client is the lead manufacturer in handmade sweet treats, from flapjacks to brownies to cookies

Good career progression within the company, starting from the bottom and working your way up

This is NOT a warehouse position this is a bakery/food production environment

DUTIES:

Checking and weighing raw materials, ensuring that machine settings are correct, maintaining a clean production environment, running quality checks on, for example, the size and weight of the finished product, assembling, packaging and labelling, and simple machine maintenance.

All products are HANDMADE from scratch

Good level of English

Must be literate

As a rule no jewellery is to be worn, no false nails, eyelashes, & minimal makeup with this in mind I would recommend wearing no make up at all
