Customer Service Coordinator

I have a superb opportunity for you to join a well establish brand within animal nutrition as a Customer Service Coordinator!

This is an FTC until the end of the based in the office in Bathgate, Scotland!

Our work centres around animal feed!

You will partner collaboratively with the production facility teammates as well as contact haulers, safety-, quality- and regulatory personnel, customer account coordinators, production planners and sales consultants to organise, structure and handle customer requests from customers. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing established customer service activities and prepare reports related to customer requests

• Coordinate, process, and document orders, obtain and enter information into the in-house systems.
• Prepare deliver of customer orders following established procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various departments and ensure inventory or materials and standard items are sustained.
• Handle moderately complex clerical administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision. While escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Support the commercial link between customer service, production, technical service, finance, quality assurance, transport, and logistics.

Qualifications

• High school / secondary education level or equivalent experience
• Experience with spreadsheets, presentation, and word processing applications
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Business knowledge and business management software (SAP) awareness
• Experience with cross-border activities (export/import)
• Previous experience in supply chain and customer service

Salary: £22k (Plus benefits package / holidays)

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm
