Data Collector & Product Trainer

Contract: Fully flexible to work 37.5hrs p/week as required.

Salary: £12.82 p/hr.

Hours: Minimum 15 hrs. Per week. Candidate is required to be available for up to 37.5 hrs. p/week when the business needs dictate.

Travel: National role. Flexibility required to travel throughout UK with overnight stays.

A full UK driving license and own vehicle will be required. Mileage and expenses will be paid.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated team for a global corporation as a Data Collector and Product Trainer. This is a national role therefore candidates must be available for the duration of assigned projects.

As a Data Collector you will be fully trained to use bespoke software to record the print device asset information.

Individual data collection projects will be coordinated by a dedicated scheduler.

Projects vary in size and geography therefore flexibility to work consecutive days/weeks will be required. This is likely to involve travel and staying away Monday-Fridays for several weeks for larger assignments.

In between projects there will be an opportunity to deliver product training on office printing equipment to client end users on customer sites. There will be a need to self-educate and keep skills current, supporting the business as needed for a minimum of 2 days per week. Printer knowledge would be beneficial however not essential as training will be provided.

The successful candidate will accompany experienced Data Collectors and Customer Trainers who will support learning and development to achieve the knowledge level required for the role.

The role involves continual learning and self-development; therefore, candidates should be flexible in their approach to learning styles and be self-motivated to expand their knowledge of customer products and solutions.
