Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor- Full time - 6 Months - Knowsley

We are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to work on a temporary 6 month basis (could extend dependant on current climate.)

The position will involve general customer service i.e emails, answering phones, liaising with customers & general administration duties.

Skills required

• Strong team work ethic
• Experience working within the commercial department of a commercially driven company, working in direct contact with customers, dealing with such responsibilities as order and credit management.
• The candidate will be a confident, self-motivated and assertive individual with the ability to manage their own time and priorities and multi-task and work together with the team. The ability to analyze data with a close attention to detail is also important for this role.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Working hours

Monday to Friday 08.30am- 17.00pm, please only apply if you can commit to these hours.

Rate of pay

£13.33 per hour
