Temporary Receptionist

Manpower Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Temporary Receptionist for one of our clients based in West Belfast.

Dates of work will be:

19th and 20th of May

26th of May until the 6th of June.

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm.

Main Duties:

Answering incoming calls from customers and suppliers;

Diverting calls to relevant extensions;

Taking messages for members of the team;

Meeting and greeting customers at the reception area;

Use of MS office including Outlook;

Basic administration duties as instructed by manager.

Essential Criteria:

Must have good telephone manner and working knowledge of MS Office packages.
