Customer Service Advisor

£10.99 per hour uplift for unsociable hours + Excellent Benefits

(Temporary ongoing role with the potential of permanent employment)

Working as part of our clients Customer Service team, you will be the first point of support for our personal banking customers in one of our telephony banking teams.

In this role you'll be applying your customer service expertise when dealing with and referring customer queries. Whether it's carrying out day-to-day banking transactions or helping our customers. ​

As a Customer Service Representative, we'll count on you to let our customers know their options when banking with us, so they can make informed choices.

You will build effective trusted relationships with our customers on every call you take, and by listening carefully and asking the right questions, you'll identify and promote the best possible outcome.

You will ideally have some previous Customer Service experience; however, it is more important that you can demonstrate previous experience of engaging and communicating effectively with people. Excellent IT/Technology skills are essential, as well as an innovative mind set with a proactive approach to problem solving. A natural flair and a genuine desire to help customers are also essential to succeed in this role.

Our client offers a fantastic training programme that will require your full attendance throughout 4 weeks. during training you will be required to work Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17.00pm

You will then be required to work 5 days, shift pattern rotational between Monday to Sundays 7am to 10pm

We offer a fantastic starting salary of £10.99ph, 33 days holiday pro-rata,

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing
