An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Analyst in the Marine Sector FP&A team at Babcock for a period of 12 months. You will join a large, high-performing team which operates in a fast-paced environment, at a crucial and exciting time in the finance function's transformation journey.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support all month-end, budget and forecast reporting processes for the sector, ensuring all Group and local requirements are met and delivered on schedule. In addition, you will play a significant role in providing good quality and accurate ad hoc analytical support to the Sector finance leadership team.

What will you be doing?
* Assist with month-end reporting processes, adhering to Group and Sector standards and timescales
* Ensure monthly and annual budget submissions are correctly posted by the reporting teams and error rectification activity takes place where appropriate
* Manage the finance report-writing process for the sector, ensuring updates/changes are clearly understood and communicated to the reporting teams in a timely manner
* Provide support to the Marine Centre business forecasting processes
* Consolidation of sector pipeline and order book submissions
* Play an active role in supporting the finance transformation agenda

The experience you'll bring
* Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (essential)
* Experience of working in a high-paced Group environment (preferential)
* Experience of IFS/SAP or BPC would be advantageous
* High standards and attention to detail
* Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels
* Dedicated and flexible work attitude towards completion of deliverables

You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
