Purpose of Position (Summary):

This position provides support to customers for MSA products and services. Handling inbound and outbound communication of both a commercial and technical nature, entering customer orders and responding to problems or inquires. Handles pre-sales and after-sales activities as well as looking after export side of the business.

Experience (required):

  • 3-5 years demonstrated commercial/customer facing experience
  • Experience managing shipments
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for service, positive attitude, and strong client focus
  • Demonstrated high levels of autonomy and reliability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal skills, proven listening skills and the ability to communicate and verbalize complex information effectively to MSA customers, channel partners & associates
  • Adept at anticipating and adapting to changing job needs with exceptional results
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment & handle difficult interactions with customers
  • Experience working in a team environment, including sharing feedback and knowledge with peers

Education (required):

  • Understanding or experience in handling / dealing with technical products
  • Logistics or Business Degree (or similar experience) desirable
