Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding team with our client, one of the UK's leading banking groups.
Based within the Personal Loans team on an initial 3 month temporary contract, you will deal with inbound customer calls and provide the effective resolution of customer queries about their loans in an efficient and professional manner.
We are looking to hear from customer focused individuals with a positive attitude to working under pressure and who enjoy working as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft packages would be beneficial.
There is an excellent opportunity for progression with a potential permanent contract with our client offered to candidates that complete a successful probationary period.
The office is open 7 days a week and candidates should be fully flexible to cover various shift patterns from 8am to 10pm including weekends.
