An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment/HR Administrator to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum, based at their manufacturing facility in Trafford Park, Manchester (M14). This is a full-time temporary role to start immediately and will run until end of August 2022.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours week, working onsite Monday-Friday and is paying up to £31,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THE ROLE, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONSIDER CANDIDATES WITH NOTICE PERIODS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK.
This role will support the administration for the recruitment and HR area of the business, during a transition of business ownership.
Activities will include:
Co-ordinating recruitment activities/vacancies on site - supporting people plans
Managing spreadsheets/overtime payments/special payments
Training record keeping
general admin and filing
supporting employees with queries / information
communication improvement activities
Note taking / letters/ database work
Administration experience in a HR or Recruitment background
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft office especially excel, power point, word and
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Self-motivated - can work unsupervised, using imitative
Confidentiality / data protection knowledge and application
Due to the nature of the role there may be occasions to assist with other administration within the business such as site coordination.
