Senior HR Advisor

Manpower is currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor to work for a client based in Littlemore.

Details in regards to the role:

• Monday to Friday, office hours
• Short term tempoary assignment, minimum of 2 months
• Pay rate £14.33 - £16.96 depending on experience.
• Littlemore

Brief description of role:

To support HR processes associated with potential redeployment and / or dismissal of staff not meeting regulations. Specifically, the work will include: supporting redeployment processes, manager discussions, potential SOSR dismissal including meetings, notice letters, PILON calculations, completion of payroll leaver forms and appeal process

Essential skills:

• Significant HR / employee relations experience.
• Up to date employment law
• Able to organise their work
