Marketing Manager

Manpower is partnering with an innovative software company in their search for a Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of campaigns to support the business as it continues to consolidate its position as a market-leader.

As Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental role in:

Developing and implementing a pipeline of marketing strategies Tracking and reporting on campaign success through marketing automation tools Overseeing the creation of content to attract new target market business Running campaigns across various channels including email, events and social media Working with all departments to ensure the marketing plan (and its objectives) is aligned with the overall business strategy

In addition to the soft skills that make a great Marketing Manager, such as an outstanding creativity and the ability to think outside the box, the perfect candidate for this role will also possess the following skills and experience:

Degree in Marketing (or relevant qualifications) Proven track record of creating, developing and delivering marketing campaigns Data-driven approach to tracking and forecasting on campaign performance

Strong project management experience Experience in end-to-end marketing and marketing automation

The option for hybrid working is available for this role, splitting your time between home and the company's modern offices in Reading.
