Supervisor for Cleaning Team / Team Leader

I am delighted to be recruiting for our national client based in NN6 for a supervisor to work between 2 sites approx 20 miles apart - NN6 and CV3

Weekly Hours: 37.5 -

Majority of hours are 9am - 5pm, however, you will be managing 3 shifts over a 24hr period so flexibility is key to enable you to visit the two sites within all 3 shifts at least once a month to liaise with day and night cleaners

Hourly Pay Rate: £11.63

Outline of Basic Duties:

Supervise / deliver cleaning standards & monitor service providers on a selection of RM buildings in the Midlands region.
Multi site supervision of cleaning operatives, stores ordering, audits, recruitment, training, hands on support, working closely with the SSM (Soft Service Manager)

Skill Sets Required: Management and cleaning experience

Any Essential Qualifications/Experience/Certifications Required: Cleaning and management qualification/s
H&S qualification desirable

Driving License Required: Yes

Will Parking be Available on Site: Yes

Uniform/Dress Code - Smart - some uniform provided (Safety shoes required)
