Your role
Our customers might be as passionate about bikes as you. But they still want to be inspired by a great experience from an enthusiast they trust. You'll make sure that each customer feels they're a one-off by understanding exactly where bikes fit into their lifestyle.
From building a database of customers through to attending events and fielding phone calls, you'll aim for total customer satisfaction. It's about giving a great experience as well as recommending exactly the bike they need.
Hours: 45 hours per week over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00.
Your profile
You might already have bike sales experience. Or, you might be an enthusiast who has worked in sales or customer service elsewhere - in which case you'll get all the training you need to make a successful switch.
We also expect you to have a full driving/motorcycle licence, along with the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential.
