A Higher Level Business Apprenticeship in Finance is a three year programme where you will work gaining essential skills, knowledge and experience for your future career. As well as work place experience the Apprenticeship will also give you qualifications relevant to the area of the business you are working within.

With annual revenue of over £5.2bn in 2019, it's fair to say our finances need just as much expertise as our projects. During the apprenticeship you'll have the opportunity to explore what it takes to work in a finance team whilst developing you analytical, mathematical and communicational skills.

The next apprenticeship scheme will commence on Monday 5th September 2022.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Higher Level Finance Apprentice who is looking for a career in Finance. You should be able to work as part of a team, be organised, have the ability to problem solve and be decisive and confident.

What will you be doing?
From day one we will assign you a mentor that understands your business area and can mentor you through your 3 year development programme. Together with the direction of your line manager and support from our Early Careers team you will be given the opportunity to work on interesting projects, meet key stakeholders in the business, and deliver real outputs that will make a difference. The experience you'll bring
* Minimum of 5 GCSE's A* - C or 4 or above including English and Mathematics or equivalent and a minimum of 2 A-Levels at grade C or above. One to be in Business, Law or a related subject area.

* You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
