Our apprenticeship programme is growing and we are looking for individuals to join our Level 4 Quality Technician apprenticeship. We are proud to say we were part of the employer group who developed the new standard and as a result the group were awarded the MOD Award for Inspiring Leadership and the Chartered Quality Institute's International Award for Outstanding Contribution.

Our Quality teams help our organisation perform at its best by acting as the 'voice of the customer' to make sure the highest of standards. They help our organisation stay fit and healthy, through identifying problems and recommending improvements to ensure our policies, processes, and products perform at their best and are risk-free. Our team of Quality Technicians play an important role within the Quality Management function by providing day-to-day testing and oversight of policies and procedures to ensure the correct standards of specification.

The next apprenticeship scheme will commence on Monday 5th September 2022.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Higher Level Quality Assurance Apprentice who has a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, the ability to analyse data in a logical way and solve practical problems

What will you be doing?
Whilst working you will attend one 2 hour training module per week which will be delivered virtually by our training provider. These interactive sessions will be supplemented with one to one coaching support which will consist of either face to face or remote sessions. In addition to studying for your apprenticeship you will also receive training and experience in the full range of quality tools and will undertake Lean Awareness training and the Yellow Belt qualification. All apprentices will also achieve Practitioner level of Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute.

The experience you'll bring
* Minimum of 5 GCSE's A* - C or 4 or above including English and Mathematics or equivalent and a minimum of 2 A-Levels at grade C or above. One to be in Business, Law or a related subject area.

* You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
