Manpower are recruiting a Service Desk Analyst to work for our Public Sector client.
You will be a first line analyst, being the first point of contact for the client's user base for all IT requests and incidents, triaging incoming jobs and offering first line fixes where possible.
You will be expected to be reliable and be able to work to a high standard to be able to support the team and resolve issues prior to needing escalation.
Main dutiesTo provide excellent customer service to the clients user base through all of the communication channels available to them and be sufficiently flexible in communication styles and to be able to adapt to any changes that may take place.Manage the first line call stack/queue keeping users updated as to resolution progress. Manage diaries effectively, analysing and prioritising appointments appropriately and making adjustments when necessary.Manage the dispatch of repaired, replacement or additional equipment to all locations, making use of the clients third party support contracts where appropriate.Assist with the installation, commission and maintenance of new Hardware, Software and/or Services.Be Cyber aware and be able to identify the early stages of a cyber-attack.Complete all mandatory training requirements within agreed deadlines.
- Experience in: Windows 10, Android, iOS and Microsoft Apps for Enterprise.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Four GCSE's or equivalent, including English & Mathematics
Contract - Temporary - on going
Hours - You will be required to work 5 days a week (37.5 hours per week)
Hourly rate - £9.50 - £10.28
