Due to growth we are currently looking for highly motivated individual's to join our client, working in one of their integral departments.

This department is an integral part of the ambulance service and part of one of the 5 departments that provide a critical function in delivering patient care.

This role has the possibility of achieving an uplift and quick progression following a successful probationary period.

The Resource Scheduler role is based around the maintenance and administration of the Rostering System The system co-ordinates personnel records, rota patterns and staff abstraction's to produce invaluable organisational data, and all important projected resourcing levels.

This role requires constant monitoring of staff resource levels as well as analysis of abstractions to ensure optimum numbers of emergency vehicles are available.

Using the information from rostering system, the Resource Schedulers process Annual Leave requests, populate training courses and proactively work to improve any shortfalls in staff cover.

As this is a 24/7 service, the post holder will be required to work between the hours of 0700-1900 which is spilt into 2 different shift times, 0700-1700 and 0900-1900. The post holder must also be prepared to work their share of weekends and public holidays. This is approximately 1 weekend every 4 weeks. Weekend shift times are 0700-1700 and they attract an additional payment for unsocial hours when worked.

This is a fantastic role that opens the door to all aspects of the client and departments. Providing progression through supervisory roles, line management, data analysis and project management.

If you have talent in planning and organisation, and are energised by teamwork this could be just what you are looking for.
