Job Details

Sytner Stevenage is looking for a Vehicle Technician.

Your role

As a Sytner Technician, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for the maintenance and repair work of motor vehicles for our customers. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Each of our dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean.

Sytner Vehicle Technicians work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Your profile

You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level [2 or 3] in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).

Ideally, you will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing. Diagnostic skills and experience in problem-solving are not essential but are desirable.

Don't worry if you are not currently working for BMW, we have the training and facilities to help you make the next big step in your career.

Rewards

Your hard work will be rewarded with subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase Scheme for you and your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, discounts with popular high street retailers, and access to training courses at the BMW Training Academy.

If you understand what makes our engines run and customers tick, we'll make sure you stay that step ahead. With training from the BMW Group Academy UK and a chance to work on cutting-edge technology, we'll help you to develop as a professional and grow your career within BMW Group Retail.
