Key responsibilities will include:
General administration to support the credit control team of 9 agents.
Downloading and sending out copy invoices, finding and sending out proof of deliveries, raising credit notes and other ad hoc ad min duties.
As such we would like you to:
- Strong administrative experience
- A minimum of Grace C in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent is required
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to work to targets
- Well organised and thorough
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
