Compensation: £ 27,925.45 + Benefits
Role Type: Full time / Permanent

This role would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is a specialist in Elec/Avionics trade and wants to move into a training role. If you are willing to learn and progress, you will be provided with the courses and training to fulfil your role.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a AV/Elec Training Instructor to carry out technical training in support of the Hawk Contract. Supporting the Training Manager in continuous improvement of all work processes, ensuring that as far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare at work of all employees is maintained.

What will you be doing?
* Carry out instructional duties for which deemed to be qualified to Babcock employees and personnel from external companies as directed.
* Assist with the preparation of course material including syllabus, presentations, training notes, lesson plans and assessments.
* Carry out student interviews and course debriefs.
* Maintain instructional standards, current procedures, changing trends and defects that are relevant to courses delivered and trade specialisation.
* Ensure personal competency and experience records are annotated correctly and are up to date.
* Carry out invigilation duties as required.

The experience you'll bring
* Experience on maintenance and systems aircraft - can learn hawk
* Qualified in AV/Elec trade
* Aviation experience
* Articulate in oral and written communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge and use of IT Operating Systems (MS Office Suite)
* Knowledge and understanding of the EASA Part-66 and Part-147 regulatory requirements and approvals

You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
