This is your opportunity to make a real impact and join Babcock as an FM Assistant for Royal Air Force Valley based in Holyhead, Anglesey.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an FM Assistant to support the site supervisory team as part of the multi-skilled team delivering a wide range of hard and soft FM support to Babcock properties.

What will you be doing?
* Reporting issues in an agreed prompt manner to the site supervisory team
* Escorting contractors on site
* Limited use of a computer for emails and to up load work, (training will be given)
* Carry out inspections on equipment to ensure it is serviceable and compliant.
* Help to maintain the buildings to current legislation and ensure a safe working environment.
* Cleaning services, meter reading, security and spot checks.

The experience you'll bring
* Good level of communication skills - Essential.
* Full UK Driving License - Essential.
* Experience of UK FM Industry - Desirable.
* Experience of working within current FM legislation - Desirable.
* Experience of management of a safe system of works at delivery level - Desirable.
* Proven track record of core services delivery across a wide range of activities - Desirable.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
