Our client, one of the UK's leading Energy providers is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational health hub team leader to support and supervise the administration hub team by co-ordinating all aspects of administration work required to ensure successful running of the central OH service

Nature & Scope:

  • General oversight of the Barnwood based administrative team
  • General administration including the uploading of clinical notes onto Eopas
  • Maintenance of own computer files and emails
  • Eopas super user including testing and guidance when required
  • Use of multiple databases and internet systems for recording of stats
  • Taking meeting notes and producing minutes e.g. Team briefs/meetings
  • Annual leave requests and rotas
  • MyHR fitness for work / medicals oversight
  • Weekly team call chair
  • Stakeholder meeting invites and minutes
  • Mailbox oversight
  • Assist in the production of OH monthly reports and statistics
  • Admin audit to improve practice

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & experience

  • 5 x Standard GCSE grades
  • 5 years administration experience, excellent PC and software skills and abilities, mainly Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • High level of professionalism to be demonstrated at all times
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to work using their own initiative
  • Good customer service skills as majority of role involves liaising with clients
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and demonstrate good customer engagement skills
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills & discretion on confidential medical matters over the telephone, via e-mail and with face to face interaction
  • Excellent time management

Please note; if successful you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary ongoing basis with scope for extension. Our client are operating a Hybrid working model, therefore the need to be onsite a number of days a week is essential but there is scope to WFH. You will be expected to undertake a drugs and alcohol test as well as be security checked to BPSS and CTC Level.
