• Development of outstanding customer relationships. Our employees and our customers are the heart and soul of the business. You will manage customers expectations and deliver an outstanding level of support which will fit the customer journey.
• You will lead a team of Drivers and Warehouse staff and provide them with regular feedback to ensure that they're working to the best of their abilities.
• You'll process orders and manage the financial budget of the depot. For this area of the role, you will bring a keen attention to detail and bring a problem-solving mindset to the table.
• A big part of the role is to inspire and motivate the team, you will do this by having regular feedback and coaching sessions.
