A data driven Administrator is now required for a SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR job in Harlow. Initially this is a hybrid role working in the office 3 days a week but as things move forward this is expected to be a full-time office-based role. You must be able to commute comfortably to Harlow.
This core role requires someone very well organised, self-motivated, disciplined and professional, with exceptional attention to detail, co-ordination and relationship building skills.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this person will also be involved with developing new processes, streamlining current ways of working and constantly striving to provide the best possible service for the relevant customers within the team.
Supply Chain Administration
Managing the relationship link between Customer and Account Managers
Pull together reports of each account
Support the Account Managers in all areas of administration and system processes
Developing and maximising relationships
Strong Administration skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft including Intermediate Excel
Ability to prioritising your work
Strong communication and relationship building skills
SAP experience will be highly desirable
Currently, this is a hybrid role, working in the office 5 out of 10 days - this may change going forward and be 100% office based
Salary £22,000 plus £3k bonus
Hours of work 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
Holidays starting at 23 days per annum, increasing to 27 upon length of service plus bank holidays
