Role

My client is looking for an experienced warehouse operative to join their team

Duties included for this role listed below

• Cutting of materials to length on an automated saw
• Picking of clients products
• Packing parts for transit
• Palletising of components
• Staying abreast of stock movement and levels
• Updating the company inhouse stock system

Essential requirements for the successful candidate are as follows

• Great level of numeracy and literacy, attention to detail and a practical approach to quality
• Computer literate with specific requirements being an extended knowledge of MS office
• Be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Capable of working unsupervised.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements

Advantage skills and capabilities

• Experience in using manufacturing systems
• Forklift licence (training can be given to achieve qualification)
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse/store's environment
• Full Clean UK Driving License

My client is looking to offer a competitive of salary of £18,000 - £20,000 depending on previous experience. Additional benefits are a pension scheme, 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Health Care Cash Plan, and free car park
