Demand Planner

Manpower are currently supporting an Innovative food and beverage manufacturer in their search for a Key Account Demand Planner to join the Demand Planning Team. You do not need experience in Demand Planning, we are looking for someone with Customer Service and Logistics experience with good Excel, the rest can be trained.

Working alongside the Senior Group Demand Planner you will be assisting with the forecasting for the group and key customers within Food and Beverage Ingredients.

This Key Account Demand Planner role is hybrid, you will have the flexibility to work 3 days in the office (London based) and the remaining 2 days home based.

With a salary between £30,000 - £32,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, annual bonus and annual salary reviews to match inflation this is a really good time to join the company as their success demands extra headcount.

Duties are;
Working alongside the Senior Group demand planner assisting with the forecasting of demand for the group and key customer
Analysing information
Communicating with factory planners in regard to weekly production plans
Liaising with other departments such as the Supply Chain team, planning manufacturing team and operations team to ensure customer items are produced in a timely and efficient manner
Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing, managing expectations and keeping them up to date
Liaising with the customer`s planning team to align our demand plan to theirs and keep track of and be the main communicator around the progress of purchase orders
Assist the innovations department with new product launches e.g help with gathering of information for product label artwork with international customer franchise partners

Good command of English, spoken and written
Clear & Concise communication skills
Customer Service experience
Logistics experience
Attention to detail
Working knowledge of Excel
