  • Ensuring all documents and manuals are stored in an organised fashion
  • Capturing all data associated with training and providing this in a clear fashion to stakeholders in order to steer training decisions
  • Responsible for preparing all data / analysing trends for the training across the factory
  • Responsible for supporting the PTM in building long-term, loss-driven training plans
  • To help ensure site compliance with all Quality, Environmental Standards, Site Rules and Regulations, Code of Business Principles and Computer Usage including email and internet and Procedures

Skills and Experience

  • Strong people skills and a 'servant leadership' mindset towards operations staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate data in Excel
  • Logical problem solver
  • Ability to coach others
  • Ability to look longer term beyond the issues of the day, to spot trends and turn them into making long-term plans

  • Prior understanding of manufacturing loss trees
