Sytner Coventry are looking for a Bodyshop Administrator.

Your role

We are seeking a Bodyshop Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking aftersales team. If you have a positive, “can do” attitude, take pride in the quality of your work and thrive on delivering first class administrative support in a fast-paced environment, then Sytner Coventry Bodyshop may be the place for you.

Experience in the automotive industry is not essential, what's more important is your ability to support the department through methodical, thorough administration duties, which will provide the foundation to allow us to give our customers the care and attention they need whilst their car is with us for accident damage repairs.

Your profile

You will have an organised approach to your work and an eye for detail. You will be able to handle a variety of administration activities, including organising the paperwork for customer visits, managing the loan car diary, maintaining accurate filing as well as a variety of other tasks.

We are looking for someone that would also enjoy an element of customer care and so you will need a pleasant and professional telephone manner and the willingness to see customers face to face on occasion. You will be a team player, able to respond to the needs of the business and our customers. You should be able to operate at a professional standard in keeping with the prestige brands we represent.

Ideally you will be used to busy environment, with good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A quantity of the work we do involves preparing BMW and MINI Approved Used Cars for sale, so good working relationships departments is something we value.

The department operates to targets and we are looking for somebody who enjoys the challenge of reaching a goal every month, but can balance this with the core values by which we operate and above all, quality of work. Training on our systems and processes will be provided in-house, and ongoing development opportunities such as manufacturer training and qualifications could also be available.

Your hard work will be rewarded with subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase Scheme for you and your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, discounts with popular high street retailers, and access to training courses at the BMW Training Academy.

When it comes to careers, nothing feels quite like working in BMW Group Retail. As the most forward-looking automotive brand in the world, we're dedicated to giving customers the very best experience we can. That takes a workforce who aspire to delivering the highest levels of customer service.

We look for people who understand our customers and the role that automotive mobility plays in their lives. People who get genuine satisfaction from knowing customers are inspired by our products and impressed by every aspect of the service we give them.

If you understand what makes our engines run and customers tick, we'll make sure you stay that step ahead. With training from the BMW Group Academy UK and a chance to work on cutting-edge technology, we'll help you to develop as a professional and grow your career within BMW Group Retail.
