Job Details
Manpower is recruiting 7.5t drivers to work out of a well-established Cambridge depot.
Main Duties will include:
- Collection and/or delivery of parcels - from individual addresses and businesses and/or other depots
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Working 5 days a week (overtime often available also)
- Assisting to load the vans prior to taking them out.
- Approximately 20 drops per day
Shift times may vary but most days you will work between 09:30 AM and 7 PM. However, finish times can be earlier or later depending on workload.
Some experience in a customer facing role would be ideal and a full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points is essential.
As this is a HGV role you will be required to have the 7.5t/C1 licence entitlement as well as a valid digital tachograph card and CPC qualification. Experience driving 7.5t is desirable however a driving assessment will be completed by the client prior to your start.
You will be working through Manpower in this role, however long-term opportunities are available for candidates who do a great job!
