Customer Care Agent

Manpower is currently recruiting for the role of a Customer Care Agent for one of our clients based in Glasgow.

The role will be Monday - Friday 37.5 hours PAYE £11.28 per hour.

What you'll be doing:

You will be a brand ambassador for our clients Hosting brands who will bring a warm and friendly approach and go that extra mile to exceed customer expectations. They work in a highly responsive industry (so you'll never be bored) where you will be communicating with customers on a variety of different platforms and providing 1st line support (if you want to get into tech this is the role for you). You will also be responsible for identifying potential opportunities to provide new products and solutions to meet customer needs and pass these to the sales team.
