Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of advanced material technology who due to a significant recruitment drive are looking for additional administrative support within their Human Resources team.
Based at their South Cambridgeshire site, the successful candidate will be supporting the HR team with a variety of recruitment and employee related administrative tasks which include but are not limited to
The pay rate for this role is £14 per hour, and the hours of work would typically be 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Mon to Fri, though some flexibility exists here and candidates seeking 3 or 4 days per week are encouraged to apply.
-Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies to arrange interviews and organise feedback
-Creating new employees on the in-house system and preparing new starter induction packs
-Monitor existing job advertisements and creating/editing new adverts as and when new vacancies arise
Key skills: -
-high attention to detail
-strong verbal and written communication
-comfortable working in a confidential environment
-Previous administration experience within a HR or recruitment setting desirable, though not essential
This is an ongoing temporary position to start as soon as possible with the role required to cover initially a 3 month period, though this may be extended.
