An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading recruitment company, Manpower. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator, to be based on site at one of our clients, at their prestigious manufacturing facility in Port Sunlight, Wirral. This is a full time, temporary role will be worked from home initially and then from the office part of the week, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This role is working Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm paying £19,000 per annum plus bonus.
The role:
The successful applicant will form part of Manpower's Resource Team who are normally based at Port Sunlight and support the clients throughout the UK, for their interim workforce. Joining an existing team of 5 Talent Acquisition Recruiters, this role will assist the team though the recruitment process, providing administrative support in a fast paced environment, therefore attention to detail is key!
Key responsibilities:
Liaise regularly with candidates and hiring managers.
Support the Contract Teams.
Carrying out payroll
Taking calls from staff and assisting with their queries.
Update databases and spreadsheets using Excel and utilising the information to provide updates when requested.
Carrying out analysis via Excel data collated.
Taking messages and reacting to client requests.
Managing an ever changing workload, to tight deadlines.
Utilise various systems and mailboxes to assist the Contract Management Team.
Proactively dealing with ad hoc queries and escalating where necessary.
Assist with AOB as required
Essential Skills:
Ability to competently use Microsoft Word, Outlook and excellent Excel skills (there will be an assessment)
Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to liaise professionally and effectively with candidates and clients.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads for different recruiters.
Strong administration or project background.
