An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager (Gifting) to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum, based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. The role is to work from home 3 days per week and 2 days per week in the office (Monday and Thursday). This is a full-time temporary role to start ASAP for 6 months working a 36.25 hour week and is paying between £34,400 and £43,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join the UK & Ireland Gifting Team. We aim to use Gifting as a means of building our brand credentials, supporting the brand Jobs to be Done- and adding value to the marketplace. To excite and delight our consumers through the breadth of portfolio- meeting Gifting occasions throughout the year; executed through the full cross section of retail channels. The Gifting business is unique- it requires cross functional teams to work incredibly closely together. Within the UK & Ireland business, it is the one part of the company that fully operates end-to-end; from pack creation and design, through to fulfillment and delivery to the retail customer.

Key Deliverables:

- Oracle ownership on behalf of the Brand gifting team (to be signed off by Senior Project Manager)

- Image collation (Pack shots / Gift images)

- P&L data gathering to support Senior Project Manager with P&L creation and delivery

- Ownership of Shopper toolkit/ key visual for gifting working closely with Shopper team

- Lead creation of 2023 Trade Deck with Senior Project Manager

- Create Master Text Documentation for 2023 Gifting Portfolio & ensure all relevant stakeholders' input in line with artwork timings

- Support with any Adhoc Projects/Tasks Key

Experience and Qualifications Required:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel

- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

- Good communication skills both verbal and written

- Project management knowledge an advantage

- Experience of Cross functionally

- Be able to work in a group or independently when required.

- A keen eye for creative work

- An understanding of the UK/I Shopper and consumer

- Finger on the pulse of trends

Key Competencies Required
