£30k per annum

Do you have knowledge of Driving and Logistics? Are you passionate about sales? Do you have the drive to exceed targets? Are you looking to gain and develop your professional and personal skills? At Manpower our employees are the face and heart of our business.
Using your experience in sales your aim will be to grow our business and client base by promoting our services nationwide.
What we would like from you
Sales focused, target driven with a get up and go attitude.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the drive and determination to grow and develop our client base.
You'll need to have recent experience in recruitment or sales as you will be selling our services to potential clients.
Proven success in meeting SLA, KPI and GP targets.
You will also build relationships across our network to ensure the clients you convert are developed to their maximum potential by your colleagues.
Confidence to lead client meetings to achieve sales.
