Job Details

The role is initially up to end of year but may also extend:-

Key reponsibilities:-

Monitor and respond to queries and requests in the Training email box

Liaise with training providers internally and externally to agree dates for training workshops

Advertise to Hybrid Intelligence staff what courses are coming up with a description inviting staff to sign up

Set up training events in the training administration system and add attendees

Add training into the budget spreadsheet

Order lunches and book a room for face to face training

Ensure new starters are added to Induction training

Monitor Induction checklists are completed and returned

Update the Training checklist for all training attended

Raise purchase orders and book training for staff that request it (external conferences etc)
