Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Service Agents to join a new team with our Client, one of the UK's leading banking groups based in Newcastle.
Working within the Personal Loans department, you will deal with inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries in an efficient and professional manner. You will join a supportive, fun and nurturing team environment with an excellent opportunity for progression with a potential permanent contract with our client available.
Full training will be provided so no previous experience is necessary however, an interest in Customer Service and a knowledge of Microsoft packages would be beneficial.
The working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday-Sunday, with occasional weekend and evening working required. The account works on a 6-8 week rotation so can plan around your shifts with plenty notice!
