Your role
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, the main objectives of the post are to:
- To ensure the efficient administration of the HR function.
- To ensure all HR administration is managed consistently in line with company process, policy and good practice, taking into account legislative compliance.
- To work in collaboration with other HR personnel and management to ensure the delivery of a seamless and efficient HR service to the business.
Your profile
Essential criteria for the position includes:
- Strong communication, organisation and administrative skills
- Focus on attention to detail
- High levels of confidentiality and understanding of GDPR
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Kerridge
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Good knowledge of ACAS Code of Practice and HR best practice
- At least one year of relevant HR experience in a similar role
- CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential
