Our client is a member of the NASDAQ-100, the Forbes Global 2000, Fortune 500 and is ranked among the fastest growing companies in the world. They run a multilingual Customer Support and Content Review Centre for their Clients across various locations. They are a product led digital corporation that provides digital products, digital IT services, including technology, consulting, and operations services.

Summary of the Role
As a support agent, you will educate eligible partners on how to use the product, comply with Terms of Service, address rights management inquiries and solve technical difficulties.
You will identify key issues, analyse root causes and resolutions. You will also improve operational efficiency towards reactive support.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities are included but not limited to the following:
  • Provide assistance to partners on a variety of areas (video uploads, channel management, monetization, analytics, and other product technical issues) with emphasis on high user satisfaction and quality.
  • Provide information about new product features and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of technical issues in a polite and accurate manner.
  • Collaboratively share feedback on tools, procedures, or user/product issues through appropriate channels.
  • Flag emerging trends and potential global technical issues.
  • Escalate issues providing all pertinent information when needed appropriately while striving to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  • Train and provide direction to new joiners.



Experience Required

  • 2 years Associate's degree is required, but a bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • At least two years of experience as a French Technical Support Agent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and French.
  • Working in a B2C setting is preferable.
