If so, we have excellent permanent full-time opportunities for a Customer Service Advisor on the Medical Risk Assessment team.

The office is based in Christchurch and you will be required to attend the office every day for training. Once you are confident in the role (usually around 3 months), there may be the opportunity to work hybrid (i.e. 2 days in the office per week). You will work 37.5hrs per week doing shifts between 9am-8pm Mon-Sun on a rota basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Taking inbound calls from customers who are looking to take out a new travel insurance policy, or update existing medical screenings

· Accurately carry out medical screenings

· Dealing with all calls in confidence and in an empathetic manor

Experience and knowledge:

· Customer service experience - helpful but not essential

· A clear and confident phone manor

· Be able to work under pressure

· Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
