  • Location: Brighton (hybrid work from home)
  • Duration: Temporary, 6 months
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become a Customer Care Professional, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.

The Role

The KYC Customer Care Professional will be responsible for engaging with German speaking Merchants via all types of written & verbal communication in order to obtain crucial Due Diligence Documents.

Know Your Customer is a key initiative for the merchant team and the role requires excellent Verbal Communication skills. This UK role is predominantly making outbound calls to merchants which is scripted and in line with compliance requirements. Attention to detail is critical as part of this process and following the laid out process is critical. As part of the KYC team you will play a key part in ensuring that we maintain correct and accurate documents and information from our merchants and remain compliant according to all AML directives.

Merchant KYC is an EMEA Enterprise initiative which requires interaction with both internal and external partners. A good understanding of a regulated role would be preferred.

  • A team player, working in a highly supportive and collaborative environment
  • Computer Literate
  • Business level German speaker
