Daily Duties:

• Contacting potential clients and establishing new relationships
• Meeting clients face to face, understanding their business needs
• Advertising, and finding new candidates through different sources such as LinkedIn
• Speaking with candidates, fact finding and managing their expectations
• Seeing the recruitment process through to offer stag
• Handling negotiations on salary, start date and any other factors

Salary:

Competitive Salary (negotiable if experienced) Mon-Fri, fantastic commission & bonus schemes OTE
