We are looking for an outstanding individual who can, make a difference to the team. You will be required to monitor our customers database, to log calls with our internal build team, and liaise with our external partners to ensure a first-class service to our customers. To be able to work well within a team, and to help other team members with their workload as and when required.
To work closely with the team lead to produce internal statistics, on a daily & weekly basis.
To attend internal meetings as and when required to discuss the statistical information provided.
Preferred applicants are hard-working, focused, and have outstanding problem-solving skills.
Comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures. You will need the ability to follow instructions and operate in an orderly manner. With a strong analytical mind.
Role
- Ensuring all calls on the customer database are updated every 48 hours
- All telephone calls are answered within 5 rings.
- All emails are responded to within 30 minutes of receipt
- Communicating errors to relevant parties
Personal Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Previous work experience in an office environment
- Completion of background investigation
- Strong people skills
- Good moral character
- Strong people skills
- Microsoft office experience and proficient in Microsoft excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid experience
- Available to work extended hours as required
37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00pm on-site, standard holidays & bank holidays
All candidates would be required to go through Disclosure Scotland process and provide 3 full year work history.
