My client is one of the countries largest purchaser and recycler of waste glass. Established for almost 100 years they provide a fast and reliable collection service through bottle banks. They have depots up and down the country.

Your role will involve getting Class 2 vehicles ready for their MOT's. You will be working in a chilled environment,

Responsibilities

Identify Issues with vehicles, Repair and maintain all vehicles in fleet as required

Service vehicles when needed

Included in a call out Rota, attending out of hour breakdowns as and when needed

Inspect vehicles within the SMI requirements

Make certain health and safety is adhered to all the time

Work to 100% pass rate on all MOT's

Record time taken to complete work

Ensure all company vehicles are kept Legal and roadworthy

Manage your own workload to be able to work on urgent vehicles

Skill Required

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• A good knowledge of health and safety practices
• Ability to work well autonomously

• Ability to work well under pressure
• High levels of numeracy and literacy
• Valid Class 1 driving licence preferable
• CPC preferable.
