Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of advanced material technology who due to a significant recruitment drive are looking for additional administrative support within their HR team.
Based at their South Cambridgeshire site, the successful candidate will be supporting the HR team with a variety employee related administrative tasks
The pay rate for this role is £14 per hour, and the hours of work would typically be 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Mon to Fri, though some flexibility exists here and candidates seeking 4 days per week or slightly different hours are encouraged to apply.
-Diary management of candidate interviews and start dates
-Creating new employees on the in-house system and preparing new starter induction packs
-Organising referencing for new starters
-General office administration and filing
-Potentially liaising with candidates and recruitment to arrange interviews and organise feedback
Key skills: -
-High attention to detail
-Strong verbal and written communication
-Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly MS Word
-Comfortable working on a factory/manufacturing site
-Previous administration experience within a confidential environment preferred but not essential
This is a temporary position to start as soon as possible with the role required to cover initially a 3 month period, though this may be extended.
